What Bestanden is

Bestanden is a practice tool for the writing part of German B1 and B2 exams. Feedback is generated by AI and is an estimate to help you practise. It is not an official assessment and does not predict or guarantee an exam result.

No affiliation

Bestanden is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Goethe-Institut, telc gGmbH or ÖSD. Their names are used only to describe the exam formats the tasks follow. All tasks are written by us.

Subscriptions

Premium is a subscription billed through the app store you use. The price, period and renewal are shown before you buy. It renews automatically until you cancel; you can cancel at any time in your app store account, and access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the app store's rules.

Fair use

Premium includes up to 15 text checks per day. Automated or abusive use may be limited.

Your texts

Your texts remain yours. You allow us to process them to give you feedback (see the privacy policy).

Liability

We take care to give accurate feedback but cannot guarantee that it is free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for exam results.
